Building a new cottage or lake home can be intimidating and exciting, all at the same time. At Laclu Homes and Cottages, our team works with you to bring your next dream project (large or small), to life; unique, contextually tailored and on budget.

We do not charge for design work. A typical project will include about three weeks of preliminary design work based on a site visit and follow up discussions. Our objective is to design and build affordable lake homes and cottages while delivering the “wow” factor”.

Our 3-D computer design capability allows you to see what the exterior and interior of your home or cottage is going to look like prior to any construction. This walk through technology allows confident decision–making early on in the process and ensures a smooth running project when it’s time to build.
