Precision-engineered, factory-manufactured floors, walls and roofs ensure accurate and efficient construction

Over the past number of years, Laclu Homes and Cottages has been utilizing pre-engineered framing systems to maximize efficiencies on site.

Factory-manufactured floors, walls and roofs have been supplied by All-Fab’s Winnipeg office. Upon receiving final design approval and go-ahead from our client, our in-house design work is sent to the All-Fab engineering team who work out the structural details. All-Fab delivers the entire building directly to the building site three weeks or so after receiving our drawings.

This method of construction allows us to have a 1,500 to 2,000 square foot cottage framed up quickly.
