I have been a lifelong resident of Minaki and my home is located on Gunn Lake a couple of kilometres away from the Blueberry Ridge Cottage Site. This offering of new construction with all the amenities and road access is unique to Minaki. Only nine cottages will be built. All the cottages will remain the same on the outside including the deep green colour which blends perfectly with the natural forest (see show home). Inside is a different story with owners being able to pick finishes that accommodate individual preferences and tastes.
